We've been meaning to take Sadie out to the high school and help her learn a 2-wheeler for like a year. Saturday we realized we better hurry and take advantage of a decently cool morning before summer is here in full force. So I rode bikes with Emma and Holly to the school, while Eli, Dana, and Sadie drove and there then ran around the track until we arrived.
Riding my bike is one of my favorite things and I can't wait until Sadie gets good so we can take more family bike rides.:).
Eli got his skateboard out of the trunk and rode that the whole time. He's been riding it a lot lately and getting better.
The girls had fun riding around the parking lot.
After 4 kids Dana has mastered the bike riding lessons.
Are you dying that we didn't think to bring her a helmet for her first lesson? Parents of the year right here! Dana didn't let go as much as he probably would have if we'd remembered the helmet.
She did a great job for the first try!

We still haven't been successful with Lucy. She's too scared, it's a bummer because our family bike rides consist of us towing all 3
