Back to School 2014

It's hard to believe we've already been back to school now for about 2 and a half weeks! Everything is going great so far :) It's a big year for us having both our first ever high-schooler and another first time jr. higher! Eli starting Jr. High has been on my mind for oh the past 3 years or so and I'm happy to report he's made it through the first week of non-practice 9th hr. days, without getting 9th hour! Woo-hoo! And Holly got voted to be the student council rep for the girls in her class. She's super excited about it.
 

Kinda crazy having 3 schools and 3 departure times for the kids in the morning. Not to mention throwing subbing into the mix! I've bitten the bullet and get up between 5:30-5:45 every morning.(yawn!) I'm also trying to be good about making breakfast in the morning and only having cereal 1 to 2 times per week.

We continued our tradition of Dana walking to school with us on the first day.


Then he took Scout home while I of course got the girls pics with their teachers :) This is our 3rd child to have Ms. James. She's an awesome 4th grade teacher!
 

And Sadie got a new-to-our-school teacher. Mrs. Hrizac.
 
I feel grateful for our wonderful schools and teachers!
